Quality Control Supervisors
Merchant Patrol Security knows that your site's security depends on how well we are monitoring our guards and your needs. Our quality control supervisors are on the job seven days a week to make sure the officers are trained properly for your site, doing a great job and have support during any emergency. Equally important, the quality control supervisors perform an on-going assessment of your security needs and will work with your staff to modify post orders as needed.
Accountability
Our state of the art time and attendance system tracks our officers to the minute. Equally important, officers prepare detailed reports, including daily activity logs and incident reports that can be used in legal and insurance cases. Also available to our clients is “The Pipe” Guard Touring System that records your security guard making their rounds on site. All reports can be emailed or faxed on a predetermined schedule.
